Privacy and cookies

Who we are

TeamACG ("ACG", "we") is an esports organisation running EA Sports FC Pro Clubs and FUT teams. We are responsible for the information collected through this website. Contact: Biz@teamacg.com.

What we collect and why

• Coaching bookings. Your name or Discord username, email, availability and what you want to work on. Used only to arrange and run your session and send you a payment link.
• Team sponsorship applications. Team name, league, platform, your role, Discord username, email, socials and results. Used to review your application and contact you about it.
• Member portal. When you log in with Discord we receive your Discord ID, username and avatar (and email if Discord shares it). Used to run your account, giveaways, fixtures and team documents.
• Giveaway entries. Which giveaways you entered, so we can draw and contact winners.
• Basic server logs. Our host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser) for security and to keep the site running.

Our lawful bases are: taking steps at your request (bookings and applications), our legitimate interests in running ACG and its community (portal, giveaways, security), and your consent for optional cookies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use trusted services to run the site: Netlify (hosting and form submissions), Supabase (member portal database and Discord login) and Discord (login). Coaching details are shared only with the coach you book. Payments are handled by the payment provider in the link we send you; we never see your card details.

How long we keep it

Booking and application messages are kept for up to 4 years, so we have a record of sessions, payments and past applications, then deleted. Portal accounts are kept while you are a member; ask us any time and we will delete yours.

Cookies and device storage

Essential (always on). Small items saved in your browser to make the site work: keeping you logged in to the portal, remembering that you closed a pop-up, your lite mode and cookie choice. These do not track you.

Optional (only with your consent). Twitch players and TikTok feeds on the Media and player pages are provided by Twitch and TikTok, who may set their own cookies when they load. We only load them if you choose "Accept all", or when you press "Load" on a single one.

We do not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop. Email Biz@teamacg.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Under 13s

The member portal and forms are not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before contacting us.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
